DAY 1: HALONG BAY – MÊ CUNG CAVE – DINNER ON TOP DECK (L,D)

08:00 - 08:30 : Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter to tranfer to Halong Bay

12:00 – 12:30 : Embark the LaFairy Sails at Tuan Chau International harbor. Enjoy a welcome drink and cruise briefing.

13:00 – 15:30 : A sumptuous lunch is served while cruising into the magnificent Halong Bay with its thousands of extraordinarily shaped limestone islands, considered as the heaven on the Earth.

15:30 – 17:00 : Explore the Lờm Bò area and be charmed by this outstanding masterpiece of Mother Nature. Visit Mê Cung Cave – one of the most beautiful caves in Halong Bay and climb up to see the panoramic view of the bay from above.

17:00 – 19:00 : Return to the LaFairy Sails for a Sunset party to admire the best moments of the day when the sun starts to set. Take pleasure in a fruit carving demonstration.

19:00 : Savor a sparkling and dreamlike dinner on top deck under the light of a thousand stars in middle of the tranquil Bay with extremely delicious food and be awed by a fascinating fruit and vegetable carving show. Delight in traditional music performances. Afterwards, socialize with the artist, new friends and crew members, join squid fishing. Overnight on-board.

DAY 2: KAYAKING –TI TOV ISLAND – TUAN CHAU HARBOR (B, L)

06:30 – 07:00 : Start your new day with a Tai Chi session or a photo hunt.

07:15 – 07:45 : Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air and peaceful beauty of the Bay.

07:45 – 08:30 : Visit Ti Tov Island for swimming in the emerald water Or trekking to the top

of the island to take the breathtaking panorama view of the Bay.

08:30 – 09:00 : Enjoy kayaking through the hidden beauty of the Bay.

09:45 – 10:15 : Pack your luggage and check out of the cabin while cruising towards the harbor.

10:15 – 11:45 : Join a cooking demonstration before enjoying an exceptional Buffet lunch.

12:00 – 12:30 : Disembark the LaFairy Sails & Farewell.

CHILD POLICY

Children under 5 years old sharing the full price cabin with adults: Free of charge (Free Baby Cot – Subject to the availability) - Limited to 1 child / 1 cabin.
Children from 5 to 11 years old sharing the double/ twin cabin with 1 adult or sharing the triple cabin with 2 adults are charged 75% adult.
Two children stay in a separated double/ twin cabin are charged 75% adult/ each
Children from 12 years old will be charged as adults
01 child from 5 to 11 years old stays in a separated single cabin is charged 75% of a full price single cabin.

CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS BY CUSTOMER

Any changes / amendments to an existing booking shall be considered as a cancellation and a new booking shall be made. Penalty charges shall apply accordingly, based on the charge for each cancelled cabin as per the following percentages:

From 1 to 2 cabins

More than 5 days prior to check-in	No cancellation charge
From 2 to 5 days prior to check-in	50% of total rates
Less than 48 hours prior to check-in	100% of total rates
No show	100% of total rates

From 3 to 4 cabins

More than 10 days prior to check-in	No cancellation charge

CANCELLATION BY CRUISE MANAGER DUE TO BAD WEATHER

The cancellation be announced by Cruise Manager of Halong Bay by case as below

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
